Overview

Tufts CTSI’s Program Evaluation service seeks to maximize the impact of health-related programs. The service supports evaluations to identify and assess goals and to improve processes and strategies for meeting those goals. A wide variety of programs influence health and healthcare, including educational interventions, community services, policy initiatives, and more. Evaluating and improving these programs is an important complement to clinical research in the mission to improve clinical care, health, and well-being.

Program Evaluation Team

Tufts CTSI’s Evaluation and Continuous Improvement team is partnering with the Northeastern University Public Evaluation Lab (NU-PEL) to provide comprehensive program evaluation services to community-based and academic teams.

NU-PEL is a multigenerational, interdisciplinary lab comprised of faculty and student teams conducting culturally responsive evaluation research. NU-PEL’s team has over 20 years of professional program evaluation experience with expertise in Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) and Culturally Responsive Evaluation (CRE) frameworks.
