Ye is a statistician associate at BERD. She provides statistical consulting services as it relates to study design, statistical analysis and manuscript preparation. Ye also collaborates a lot with research investigators in clinical trials, metagenomics and epidemiology study. Before joining Tufts CTSI, she was a data analyst at Mass General Hospital and Broad Institute, working on projects about diet and lifestyle in epidemiology and genetics field.

Her research interest is using EHR data for disease prevalence analysis and incidence prediction.
