Cortney is a Senior Project Manager in the JHU-Tufts Trial Innovation Center. Prior to her role at Tufts, Cortney spent seven years as the Director of Education of a Boston-Based STEM non-profit, developing and executing innovative educational programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. She received her M.S. from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia, where she studied the role of flying foxes as a vector species for zoonotic viruses.
