We are now accepting letters of intent for the upcoming funding cycle for our institutional K12 awards (Tufts CTSI and BIRCWH) that provide 75% protected time and come with salary support, fringe benefits, and research funds. In the past two years, we received applications from each of our partner sites, and we are looking forward to working with our partner institutions again this cycle.
Mandatory pre-applications/letters of intent for both programs are due by October 5, 2026. Selected pre-applications will be invited to submit full proposals. Full applications for those selected are due by January 11, 2027.

We are also now accepting applications for our new cohort of the Junior Faculty Forum, which begins in October. The program is tailored for junior faculty engaged in biomedical research at the K award or career development stage. Participants benefit from seminars focused on skill-building and peer engagement, networking opportunities, grant writing training, and the ability to engage in mock study sections. Potential candidates should submit their application materials by August 10, 2026. Current K12 Scholars are already enrolled and need not apply.
