Dr. Zeyuan Song is a biostatistician with expertise in statistical genetics, network modeling, and high-dimensional correlated data analysis. His research focuses on developing and applying methods for multi-omics integration to study the genetic basis of complex traits and healthy aging. He has experience working with whole-genome sequencing (WGS), spatial transcriptomics, and proteomics data, as well as collaborating on clinical trials with longitudinal study designs. His research emphasizes methodological solutions for complex data challenges, including high dimensionality, missingness, and correlation structures.
