Neda joined Tufts CTSI’s Professional Education team as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer in October 2025. She came to Tufts CTSI from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was an instructional designer for the All of Us Research Program as part of the Network of the National Library of Medicine Training and Education team.

In her role, Neda design and develops innovative learning solutions, manage instructional technology projects, and collaborate with faculty and staff to create engaging, accessible educational experiences. She brings expertise in e-learning strategy, project management, and inclusive instructional design, and looks forward to contributing to Tufts CTSI’s mission of advancing translational research through education and collaboration.
